There are a multitude of materials, shapes, colors, sizes and prices; recycled and reused. Is it worth anything?
They definitely need to be within their means because in terms of price, the sky’s the limit! But it is important to have good taste, common sense, harmony and organization. Above all, the pots need to be appropriate for the chosen species. Take a look at the photo below: the pot is disproportionate to the plant and this devalues the composition and affects its development!
Products with excellent cost-benefit are the polyethylene pots – an impact resistant plastic material – flexible, light and can be exposed to the weather. The flexibility of the material allows for a multitude of shapes, colors and textures.
There are ceramic and cementitious vessels, which have a low cost, but have the inconvenience of being very heavy and needing waterproofing.
